(a) Under following conditions bids / tenders will outrightly be rejected: I. Conditional and telegraphic bids/tenders. II. Bids not accompanied by specified Bid Security of required amount. III. Bids received after specified date and time. IV. Blacklisted firms. (b) Bid Validity Period: 90 Days. (c) Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to the relevant Provisions / Clauses of Sindh Public Procurement Rule-2010.
