The submitted call deposite of the bidder will be processed for the retentionlreleased through treasury. 2 Tender Form will be available on payment of the above mention Tender Form Cost-(oon refundable), to the intending bidders/Contractor. 3 Tender Form Bidding Documents shall be issued to the original contractors/ Firms or their/his authorized agent (through a stamp. paper of value .30, on the production of original or attested copies of the registration / enlistment, Fee reciept, renewal fee receipt for theyear 2013-14 and valid licence from the PEC in the relevant category. 4 The Contractors/ Firms who quote rate below on the BOQ Cost shall be required to submit bank gurantee / call deposite from any branch sch.ule bank, preferbly the bank of Khyber in Khyber Pakhtunithwa for an amount equal to difference between estimated cost .d the tender tot, within 03 (Three worldnd days) of the bid. One Tender Form will be issued to each contractor. 6 The bidder shall be quote their rate on item rate basis in appropriate sealed envelopes the tender/bids receipt received unsealed shall be rejected.
