TerDIS & Condition. 1 Full Name & Address of the Contractors/Firms. 2 The application shall accompany the following documents. i Earnest Money in the shape of call deposit (in original) ii Enlistment Certificate of C&W Department PK Renewal of registration for CFY (attested Ph copy). iii National Identity Card (attested Photo copy). iv Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category and specialty valid up to the last date of the calaadar year (attested Photo copy). 3 For the specific/specialized job only those Contractors/Firms/Companies should apply whhave carried out projects of such magnitude in the last 5 years and also similar works in hand 4 Detail of required T&P Machinery available with contractors. 5 The Contractor/Firms shall also provide the Registration of Pakistan Engineering Council renewed upto 31-12-2013 their Engineering staff with them. 6 financial Status, Bank Balance, Certificate for Scheduled Banks for the last 03 years shall be provided withtheir applications 7 Telegraphically/incomplete/Conditional applications documents shall not be accepted. 8 The Income Tax Certificate from department showing Tax payment regarding work/project executed during last 5 years. 9 A Certificate that there is no dispute with the department (Litigation/arbitration) on left over/incomplete jobs alii proAded with applications 10 The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject anyr all applications without any reasons. 11 Any other information/conditions can be obMined from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours. 12 If the Contractors/Firms supply incorrect information/documents, the defaulters shall be recommended tithe higher authorities for disqualification and black listing. 13 The financial bid of those firms will be opened only who technically qualified by the competen authority. 14 The bidders who offer bid of 10% below the tender price will deposit 8% additional security in shape of call deposit in the name of Executive Engineer within 3-days of the opening of bids. In case of failure by depositing the additional sum by the due date, the 2% ernest money already deposited by him Will be forfeited in favour of Government & the 2nd lowest Bidder & so on, will be asked to deposit additional security and the defaulting Bidders will be recommended for black listing in addition to the forfeiture of their earnest money 15 Tender by hand will be not accepMble. 16 A complete set of Bidding Documents for each work can be downloaded from the department website wwwcwd.gkp.pk Note:. The company profile and tender bids should be in separate envelopes and clearly markedwith company profile and tender documents/Financial bids, which shall also be marked clearlym Envelop-1 and Envelop-2 respectively. Sealed bids sent through registered mail/ courienhould reach upto 12:00 Noon on 06-02-2013 which will be opened at 12:30 P.M on the same day in presence of all participants. The delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of the bidders.
