INVITATION TO BIDDERS
DEVELOPMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL ZONE (PHASE-1A) FOR M3 INDUSTRIAL CITY FAISALABAD INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS, WATER SUPPLY, SEWERAGE AND STORM WATER DRAINS. (CONTRACT NO. FIC 012) The Employer, Chief Executive Officer, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company, Faisalabad invites sealed bids, under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure, from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category C-4 and above with specialization codes of CE-01, CE-09, CE-10 & EE-06. Bidders may obtain further information from, inspect at and acquire the Bidding Documents from the Office of the Chief Executive Office, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company, 1st Floor, FCCI Complex, East Canal Road, Canal Park, Faisalabad. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) in a period from 29.01.2014 to 12.02.2014. All Bids must be submitted in two main envelopes, one marked "Technical Bid" and other marked "Financial Bid". All bids (Technical must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of not less than 02% (Two) of Bid Amount or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency) must be delivered to Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company, 1st Floor, FCCI Complex, East Canal Road, Canal Park, Faisalabad, at or before 1500 hours, on 28.02.2014. The original Bid Security must be enclosed with "Technical Bid". Any bid received by the Employer after the deadline for submission of bids will be returned unopened to such bidder, as per Clause IB 20.1(a) "Instruction to Bidders". Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable Bid Security shall be rejected by the Employer as non-responsive, as per Clause IB 15.3 "Instruction to Bidders". Technical Bids will be opened at 1530 hours on the same day, in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the same address. Date of opening of Financial Bids of Technically qualified bidders shall be notified at a later date after Evaluation of the Technical Bids. All the prospective bidders needs to be intimated that the book purchased from the office of under signed shall be used as "Original Financial Bid".
