FFBL PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE CIVIL, PEB,MACHANICAL ,ELETRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION, HVAC ENGINEERING/ERECTION CONTRACTORS Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited, a leading Fertilizer Manufacturing Company, having plant site at Karachi, is seeking applications for Pre-Qualification from well reputed, suitably qualified, well resourced, PEC Registered contractors, having relevant experience in the following areas / fields for International Standard Construction of 'Large scale Halal MeatAbattoir' at Karachi: Area 01: Civil Construction works Area 02: PEB Structure Design, Manufacturing and Erection works Area 03: Mechanical Piping 8. Erection works Area 04: Electrical & Instrumentation / Networking works Area 05: HVAC Design and Erection works Note: Contractor/ Consortium can apply for any one or more categories.
Minimum criteria for • re-. ualification are as under:
a)PEC registered Pakistani Contractors having valid registration in the relevant category. b)Proven track record of good management and professional attitude on completed and on-going projects in la. five (05) years. c)An original and latest undertaking/Affidavit on Judicial paper that the contractor/ Consortium and its employees have never been blacklisted by any Govt, Semi Govt, Autonomous or State owned organization and their cases regarding black listing are not under trial by any court of law

. Name, address of the contractor/ consortium profile along with proof of registration with professional bodies. . Organizational set-up of Contractor/ Consortium indicating Principals and technical staff with their bio-data including qualifications and experience. . List of similar projects of (Rs.500 M and above) 'Large scale Halal Meat Abattoir', food related installations. completed/ handled within Pakistan and Abroad during last 10 years and in-hand along with the name of client, name of architect / consultant, location, area, cost, completion time with their respective addresses and telephone numbers etc. . Recent financial stability certificate from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. . Pre-Qualification Certificates/Registration with other organizations. . Contractor/ Consortium should be registered with Income Tax department. . References from clients and architects /consultants. . List of tools, plant and equipment owned by the firm. . Any other information that the contractor/consortium intends to Submit for pre-qualification. Contractor/ Consortium to provide the data of projects executed on following editable formats:

Incomplete pre-qualification documents shall be treated as Non-Responsive and shall be rejected. Prequalification application should be clearly and separately marked with the Category for which Pre-Qualification is being applied. . The Company reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
