Conditional tender will not be accepted. 3. The blank tender / documents will be available for the interested persons / contractors from the First date of publication till the date of closing. 4. 2, of the offered bid amount in the shape of call deposit of the scheduled bank located in the Pakistan in favor of undersigned will be received on the receipt of tender. 5. In case of Holiday or the undersigned is out of Head Quarter, the submission shall also be on next working day and bid shall be opened within one hour. of deadline for submission. 6. The competent authority reserved the rights to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof as per Provision of SPPRA Rules. 7. Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN Certificate) and copy of National Identity Card. I. Such affidavit which shows that firm is not involved in any case. 9. Such affidavit for power of attorney of its director/ proprietor or other relevant is power of attorney in shape of civil proprietor will be given in case of firm partner / partnership deed.
