BENAZIR BHUTTO SHAHEED UNIVERSffY, LYARI KARACHI INVITATION FOR BIDS
1. The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari Karachi, has received an allocation from the Public Fund in Pak rupees towards the cost of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari Karachi. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this allocated and will be applied to eligible payment under the contract for following procurement. a) Electronic Equipments for Electronic & Digital Laboratories b) Furniture & Fixture c) Sports Material 2. The Director Finance, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari Karachi, now invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the procurement of above material. 3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Director Finance, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari Karachi, Faqeer Mohammad Data Khan Road, Near Cheel Chowk, Lyari, Karachi. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Rs. 30001- (Each) in the shape of Pay Order in favor of IBenazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari, Karachii from the date of publication of this notice in newspapers/hoisting on website, after the 5th January 2014. 5. Bids must be delivered turbo above office on or before 12:00 Noon on 27th January 2014 and must be accompanied by bid security of 5% of bid cost in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft. 6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend on same day i.e. 27th January 2014 at 03:00 p.m. in the office of Director Finance, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari, Karachi, Faqeer Mohammad Dora Khan Road, Near Cheel Chowk, Lyari, Karachi. 7. Separate Technical bids & Separate Financial quotations be given for each category of procurement as per para 1 (a), (b) and (c). The technical bids of furniture must carry the pictures of furniture and its specifications. 8. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are accepted. 9. Procurement Committee Reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason prior to award of Contract as per SPPRA Rule 2010. 10. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all Taxes and will be deducted at source as per prescribed rates. 11.
