The Blank/Tender Documents will be issued to contracts on payment of tender fee (Non-Refundable) after the appearance of NIT in the newspapers/SPPRA website up to 10.2.2014 & the sarne will be received back up to 11.2.2014 at 1.00 pm & will be opened on same day at 2.00 pm in the presence to the contractors. 2. The Bids /Tenders should be accompanied by a Pay Order of any schedule bank equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost as bid security, failing which bid/tenders will not be entertained. 3. Bid security of a bidder will be forfeited if on declaration of him being successful, he fails to submit acceptable performance bound and fails to sign/provide agreement papers and agreement within the prescribed time given in the bid documents further more, in this event, he may be disqualified for further bidding process. 4. The bids/Tenders will be received in the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division, Works & Services Department, Mirpurkhas on above schedule. In case bids/tender submission/opening day is declared a holiday, the same will be received/opened on the next working day or any other day notified by this office. In case of non-responded tender, next issue it opening date respectively. 5. The undersigned may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provision of SPPRA Rules. 6. Bids/Tenders with any conditions shall be rejected.
