SHORT NOTICE  INVITING TENDERS
Sealed tenders based on item rates/ percentage above or below on the mar-ket rates (amendechipto date till receipt of tenders) are hereby invited for the works mentioned/ tabulated below from the contractors/ firths enlisted and renewed in the relevant category with P.E.C. and C&W Deptt: Bahawalpur according to following conditions: I. Tenders can be obtained from the officeof the undersigned (Head:Clerk) On production Of attested .copies Of Enlistment/ GovernMent Receipt/ National Identity card/-card of Contractor/ Partnership Dead and Power Of .Attorney; of course after payment of the prescribed fee tabulated as below. 2. Earnest Money Shall be received in shape of Deposit at Call from: any ScheduledBank ONLY at issuance of the tenders OR along with the ten-ders. Substituted 3. Tender rate/ amount should be filled in figures as well as in words and must be duly signed by the Managing Partner/ Attorney holder all in accordance with the Creneral guidance Of tenders. 4. No rebate on tenders shall be accepted._ 5: Any conditional tenders or tenders without earnest Money/ documents required as above shall not be entertained. 6. In case of tender amount being less than 5% of the estimated cog of the lowest bidder, the contractor/ firm shall have to. deposit Performance Security Bond in the shape of -Deposit at Call from any Scheduled Bank. 7. In case of gazetted or local holiday against,tabulated scheduled,. the date shall be considered as next working day; certainly with the same gap between dates of issuance and Receipt. S. Tender:shall be opened on the same-date of receipt at 01:00 P.M in pres-ence.of the tenderers or their authorized attorney holders who do card for the same. 9. The undersigned reserve the right to. reject any or all tenders without assigning. any reason. SCHEDULE. OF TENDERS  DATE OF ISSUE OF TENDERS = 27.01.2014 DATE FOR RECEIVING TENDERS =i 29.01.2014 IF ANY TENDER WILL NOT BE RECEIVED ON 29.01.2014 THE SAME.
