Expression of interest (E0 is invited from the firms registered as per criteria laid down in consultant Selection Guide book &Consultant Selection procedure, by Planning Ea Development Department, Government of Punjab 8s submission of the following information / documents:
1) Certificate of registration with (Planning 8s Development Department, ,Government of Punjab) plong with the latest renewal letter. 2) Copy of Registration with Securities ea Exchange Commission or Registrar of forms. 3) Copy of registration with Income Tax Department. 4) List of permanent professional staff along-with C.Vs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience with exact time duration for each project. 5) List of similar works completed by the firm during last ten (10) years and similar work in hand, indicating total cost of such works and cost of consultancy services received against above said work along-with date of start and completion or expected date of completion. 6) A certificate / affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any Government / autonomous Body or any arbitration case with client. 7) Chairman' Consultant Selection Committee" reserves the rights to reject one or all firms proposal without assigning any reason. 8) Audited statement of accounts for the last three (3) years. 9) The payment of supervision charges will be on progress based and not time based. 10) The Technical bid & financial bid should be submitted separately in two envelop The applications form interesting firms along-with profile, must reach in
