Sealed lenders for work mentioned below are invited from Manufacturer / Dealer approved by the HUD & PEED and ISO-9001-2000 certified the same have to be submitted at the time of purchase of tender documents, so as to reach the undersigned on the date given below at 12:00 Noon when the bids properly submitted will be opened, read and recorded. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned located at 59-F Gulshan-e- Ravi Lahore against written request on payment of prescribed tender fee Tendered rates and amount should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. The Bidder should submit their bid in two parts the first part shall be for specification terms and conditions called the technical bid the second one is for cost called the financial bid. These bids should be in sealed envelope and be submittedseparately. The Technical bid will be opened first and evaluated if the specification terms and conditions of the bidders meals the requirement of bid document the bidder will be qualified for opening of financial bid otherwise the same will be returned unopened Tender will be received in the office of the undersigned upto 12:00 Noon on the date of receiving/opening of tenders and will be immediately thereafter in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. Conditional tender and tenders without attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firm s will not be entertained. Earnest money will be 2% of the quoted bid cost. Tender without earnest money will not be accepted. No tender will be accepted which is received telegraphically or by post. No tender will be issued on the de of receipt of tender The bid will be valid for the 120 days,Tender will be issue after depositing the tenderfee. Note: In case the total tendered amount is less than 5% f ive)of the approved estimated (DNIT) amount, the lowe A bidder will have to DE post additional performance security from the Scheduled Bank ranging from 5% to 10%.
