Eligibility of Contractors/Suppliers
Tenders will be issued to the Foreign Principals through their local agents on production of authorization of Principal. ii. Local agents must be Sales Tax Registered Firms. WAPDA registered firms but in line with business with WAPDA can also apply subject to submission of 2% earnest money of their quoted price. iv. Authority letter of the Manufacturer in case of genuine Stockists/Dealers in the trade. V. Bonafide Manufacturers and their authorized Suppliers. As per Prevailing Rates.

Bidding documents can be purchased by the local Representative upon submission of a written application along with the authorization of Foreign Principals from the Office of The General Manager (Hyde!) Operation, 185- WAPDA House, Lahore and the Office of the undersigned during duty hours on any working day before the tender opening date.

(NC No. 1030-59), OR Bidding documents costing Rs. 1,000/- each (non-refundable) in shape of a Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of The Chief Engineer (Power) GB payable at Habib Bank Limited, City Branch-Attock.
