INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
USAID Energy Policy Program (EPP) is a multiyear initiative to increase power generation, reduce transmission losses, increase cost recovery, introduce new technologies and facilitate GOP reforms with technical assistance. EPP invites sealed bids from interested/eligible bidders/suppliers for supply and installation of 11kV switchgear incoming panels together with power cable and termination kits on turnkey basis for commissioning of three 31.5/40 MVA, 132/11.5 kV power transformers of PESCO grid stations. Interested eligible bidders having experience of similar supplies and a strong financial background may inspect and download bidding documents from the website www.ep-ep.com.pidenities Last date to submit sealed bids is Monday January 13, 2014. Sealed Bids must be submitted with a bid security of 1% (refundable) of the total bid price with a price validity period of 90 days from the last date of submission of sealed bids. Bids are to be mailed to Procurement Department, Energy Policy Program (EPP), House #4. Street # 88, G-613 Islamabad.
EPP's Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process without assigning any reasons therefor.
