It is clarified that the registration of the consulting firms with PCATP / PEC is not mandatary, whereas the team members should have valid relevant registration. Those that have already applied and submitted relevant papers may not reapply. The soft copy was a must, and has to be submitted. The last date for receipt of EDI is also extended to 20th December, 2013. All other terms & conditions remain unchanged.
