TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on item rates are hereby invited for the works mentioned below, from the contractors / firms enlisted with City Government / C&W: Depaitment in the field of Road / Bridges work and renewal wittrompetent authorityfor the year 2013-14 renewal fee duly paid Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned against written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment urto date renewal letter and fee receipt P.E.0 License, Authority letbr on pad form of contractor / Firm Identity Card of Contractor / Managing partner of the firm along with registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in form of CDR of any scheduled Bank. Tender rates and amount should be filled in figure as well as in words and tender should be signed as per general directions given in the tender document No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Completion time will be strictly adhered except in very exceptional cases. Proportionate progress has to be achieved procurement procedure will be adopted as per with effect 35 to PPRA Rules 2009. No tender will be issued after the date of issuance of tenders as indicated in the tender notice. Thetenders will be issued upto 04.01.2014 in the office d District Officer Roads, Sheikhupura District Officer (Planning), Sheikhupura and the District Officer, (Revenue), Sheikhupura and will be received and opened on 07.01.2014 at (2.0CP.M) immediately thereafter by the District Tender Board in the presence of intending contractors ortheir authorized representatives. In case of public holiday due to any reason the date of issue and received of the tenders will be nextworking day. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money in shape of deposit at call issuedfrom a Scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms willnot be entertained. If the rates quoted by the firm are below 5% or more the contractor / firm will be bound to deposit additional performance security from scheduled bank within15-days. Undersigned shall have the right of rejecting any or all of the tenders without assiqnina any reason thereof:
