TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited according to SPPRA rules 2010 from the dealers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply and installation of Furniture & Fixture as per available Photograph for renovation of Senate Hall of Vice-Chancellor's Secretariat, Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah Administration Building, Allama 1.1. Kazi Campus, University of Sindh. The tender document alongwith terms and conditions can be had from the office of the Purchase and Stores Officer, University of Sindh from the date of uploading /publication of Tender Notice and collect before one day of opening date mentioned below at the cost of Rs.20001- each in shape of pay order of Account No. CD-1 University of Sindh, Jamshoro (Non-refundable) from 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.Tender document will be received back on Monday, January 20,2014 upto 1100 am and will be opened at 12:00 Noon on the same day in the office of the undersigned in the presence of the dealers present at the time (In case of holiday the same will be received / opened on next working day). If work order will be awarded the Project must be completed within Ninety Days. Dealers will have to produce Bid Security 2% of the offered bid in the shape of Pay Order/ Bank Draft in the name of University of Sindh, failing which the tender document will not be entertained. In case of undesirable circumstances on submission / opening date & time or if Government declares Holiday the tender shall be submitted / opened on the next working day at the same time & venue. The University authorities (procuring agency) may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules.
