TENDER NOTICE FOR
SUPPLY OF FURNITURE ITEMS FOR FACULTY OF LAW UNIVERSITY OF KARACHI
Sealed Tenders are invited from the Sales Tax and Income Tax Registered Suppliers for the Supply of Furniture Items for its Faculty. Further detail of Items and the Terms & Conditions are contained in the Tender Documents. which are available from Purchase Department. University of Karachi from 16th December 2013 on Payment of Rs 1,000 Each (Non-Refundable) in shape of Pay Order in favour of University of Karachi. Tender Documents should be dropped in the Tender Box kept in the Office of Director Finance before 11:00 am on 7th January 2014. Tenders shall be opened in presence of the Tenderers who may wish to be present. Tenders not accompanied by the 2% Earnest Money will not be considered.

The Procuring Agency may reject all Bids or Proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a Bid or Proposal under SPPRA Rules. 2010. 2, 2% Earnest Money should be deposited on the Total Cost of the Quoted Amount with the Tender Documents in shape of Pay Order in favour of University of Karachi. 3. Copies of Sales Tax Registration and NTN are to be attached with the Tender Documents. 4, The Quoted Price shall be inclusive of all Taxes. 5. The Rates and Prices must be quoted in the Tender Documents. 6. The Successful Bidder who refuses to supply the materials and carry out the necessary works after accepting Purchase/ Work Order shall be liable to forfeiture of their Earnest Money as a Penalty. 7. The Last Date of Issuance of Tender Form is 6th January 2014 at 04:00 pm. 8. The Last Date of Receipt of Quotation/Bids is 7th January 2014 at 11:00 am. The Tenders shall be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in presence of the Tenderers who may wish to present. 9.
