TENDER NOTICE SUBJECT LAYING OF IN-SITU SHOCK PAD UNDER SYNTHETIC HOCKEY TURF AT RAILWAY GROUND SUKKUR. 1. Sealed Tenders are invited firms Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. The rates should be quoted in local currency. Supply & Installation of IN-SITU Shock Pad under the Synthetic Hockey Turf work in all respect have to be completed within 01 month. The placement of firm supply order complete specification along with sample of In-Situ Shock Pads comprising its technical details, brochures and literate should accompany the bid. Ten years warranty would also be required after taking over the project. The firm should have experience especially in Laying of Synthetic Hockey Turf. 2. Blank tender forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order (Non-refundable) in favor of Executive Engineer, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Govt. of Sindh, Karachi on any working day during office hours up to 30th December 2013. 3. Tenders will be received on 31st December 2013 up to 11 00 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of Committee and Bidders or their representatives. 4. Bank Draft/Pay Order in the name of Executive Engineer, Spots & Youth Affairs Department, Karachi as earnest money equivalent to 2% of the amount of bid must be attached with Tender. Conditional/incomplete tender will not be accepted. 5. The Executive Engineer Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Govt. of Sindh. Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject all the Tenders as per provision SPPRA Rule 2010.
