PUNJAB EXAMINATION COMMISSION  TENDER NOTICE
SCANNING OF COMPUTERIZED ANSWER  SHEETS FOR EXAMINATION OF  GRADE-V AND VIII. 2014  The Punjab Examination Commission invites tenders for scanning of 15 million computerized answer sheets of approximately 2.7 million students from well reputed Scanning firms registered with Income Tax/ Sales Tax department having adequate capacity and experience. For procurement single stage two envelope procedure will be adopted according to PPRA rules. Each bidder shall submit Technical Bid and Financial Bid in separate sealed envelopes giving full details as demanded in stan-dard Bidding Document. The Technical Bids shall be opened first and credentials of bidders shall be evaluat-ed in terms of evaluation criteria including physical inspection of their workplace. The financial bids of tech-nically qualified bidders shall be opened on a notified date and time in the presence of bidders or their author-ized representatives. 2. The bidding document may be obtained from the office of undersigned from date of publication of advertisement during working hours on payment of Rs. 200 (non-refundable). The tenders can be submitted up to 11-01- 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the office of Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Examination Commission, and Lahore. The technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their represen-tative who choose to attend in the Committee Room of the Punjab Examination Commission. 3. The Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Examination Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted.
