A complete set of Bidding Documents for each work may be purchased froin following addrest by interested eligible bidders up on payment of n:on refundable fee of Rs,5,000/- (five thousand only) in the form of pay order /cash in favor of Provincial Buildings Construction Division-I, Government of Khyber Palditunkhwa (Additional Rs 1,000 shall be added if the documents are requested by registered Mail / courier). Bidding documents must be p wthasecl on or Wm 08.011014. The date for submission of duly filled Bidding Documents is up to 15-01-2014 by 11:00 am .The bids will be opened on the above date at 12:30 pan in the presence of bidders / representatives who wish to be present. Any further technical informafion /details in this connection may be collected from the OM/Head, Building Services Division NESPAK Lahore (Tel. # 042-99232261-74) on any working day, Monday - Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. The prospective bidders are recommended to Visit Peshawar High Court, Peshawar to familiarize themselves with the site/quantum Of work. 4. The prequalification invited vide T/O No.02/T1 dated 03.10.2013 published in Actf, Khyber 4 The News International are hereby cancelled due to incomplete documents / information as per clause-3 ofthe NIT & evolution done by the Consultants. 5. The lowest evaluated bidder will have to register the tirm by depositing the prescribed fee during the currency of the project according to approved categories with the Department before the letter of acceptance and award of work. 6. Pre-bid meeting will be held in the office of the undersigned (if requested) at 11:00 a.rn on 10-01-2014. 7. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rides.
