PUNJAB EXAMINATION COMMISSION
TENDER NOTICE Sccaning of Computerized Answer Sheets for Examination of Grade-V and VIII, 2014
The Punjab Examination Commission invites tenders for scanning of 15m computerized answer sheets of approximately 2.7 million students frorn well reputed Scanning firms registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax department having adequate capacity and experience. For procurement sgle stage two envelope procedure will be adopted according to PPRA rules. Each bidder shall submit Technical Bid and Financial tide separate sealed envelopes giving full details as demanded in standard Bidding Document. The Technical Bids shal be opened first and credentials of bidders shall be evaluated in terms of evaluation criteria including physical inspection of their workplace. The financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened on a notified date and fime in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
2. The bidding do.ment may be obtained from the office of undersigned from date of publication of advertisement during working hours on payment of Rs. 200 (non-refundable). The tenders can be submitted up to 11-01-2014 at 1100 A.M. in the offi. of Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Examination Commission, and Lahore. The technical bids she be opened on the same day at 11:30 kM. in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend in the Committee Room of the Punjab Examination Commission.
3. The Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Examination Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted.
