Punjab Board of Technical Education, Lahore intends to purchase following items for which tenders containing Technical & Financial bids sealed separately are invited from reputed firms having their own printing press possessing declaration ( for printing of Answer Books only ) issued by the concerned authority, registered with income tax and sales tax department. Firms should have sufficient experience in executing following supplies to reputed firms, Colleges, Universities and Boards.
ITEMS
Ball Points, Cloth. Cloth bags, Drawing Sheets, Enveiopes, File Covers, Fluid sets, Glue. Gunny bags. Markers, White imported paper AA brand or equivalent, Imported paper I.K brand or equivalent, Scotch Tapes, Thread cones & Answer Books etc.
Tender Document aiong with specifications, terms & conditions can be obtained whiie samples can be seen from the office of tne Superintendent General during office hours against tender fee Rs. 500/, The fee shall have to be deposited in the UBL Allama lqbal Town, Branch, Lahore against prescribed Challan form available thereat. For further information, Assistant Secretary (P&M) may be contacted on phone # 042- 37800007 during office hours. NOTE: Tenders containing both bids should reach the undersigned up to 14-01-2014 at 11:00 AM. Technical Bid shall be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to be present and the opening date of Financial bids shall be announced at the time of opening of Technical bids. 2. The firms are required to attach returnable 2% earnest money in shape of call deposit in the name of Secretary Punjab Board of Technical Education, Lahore of the total amount of the quoted price along with the bid: otherwise the bid of the firm shall not be entertained. 3 The Chairman PBTE reserves the right to accept/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
