RE TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Re Tendeis for the supply of following item are invited by the reputed firms/ authorized dealers/ rnanufactures / distributors which are registered with Sales Tax/ Income Tax and etc. The tender shall reach in the office of the undersigned by 16 January 2014 fill 11:55 AM. The same shall be opened on the sarne day at 12:00 noon.

Terms and conditions The rates should be quoted in FOB as well as FOR basis, on the following terms and conditions. 1. For FOB Basis (i) Valid authorization letter from the manufacture be provided. (a) Certificate of rates form manufacture for present tender. (A) Certificating frorn Os manufacturers that rates are not more than the original price. (iv) Clearing agent charges to be borne by the firm. (v) Sample to be furnished with quotation. (vi) Supply to be compared with approved sample. (vii)Firm to certify that export license form originating country will be available and in case of any denial the firm shall bear all the overhead expenditure incurred by the Baluchistan Police, in addition to forfeiture of CDR. (Al)) The Successful bidder will have to assist the department till the finalization of consignment with regard to LC opening, etc. 2. For FOR Basis (i) Sample to be furnished with quotation. (ii) Supply to be compared with approved simple. (iii) Rates quoted shall be final price and must include all taxes, etc and applicable till 30.06.204. (iv) The firm shall be responsible for getting any required NOC issued form any office; however, this office will assist in initiating cases as and when required by the firrn. GENEFtAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. The tender document can be obtained on any working day up to 15-01-2014 form office of undersigned after paying the tender documents fee of 0.3,050 (non refundable) in the State Bank of Pakistan Quetta under head 1232 Police receipt. The Original Challan should be provided. 2. Brochures to be furnished with quotation along with model etc. 3. Supply to be compared with technical specification. 4. Supply should be completed within 90-days, frorn the date of issuance of advance acceptance letter. 5. 5. CDR from firms registered with Balochistan Police and 10% CDR from unregistered firm be provided with quotation and no tender will be considered without CDR. 6. The successful firrn is bound to provide non judicial stamp paper @ 0.25 paisa per hundred of the total amount from contract agreement. 7. The Department reserve the right to vary / alter the quantity as per requirernent. 8. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage without assigning any reason. 9.
