Tender documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation to bids in the Newspapers from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with att.ted copies of enlistrnent/uptodate renewal letier, PEC license, Identity card of contractor/ Managing partner/Director of the firm athngwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the forrn of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier's cheque of any scheduled bank: i) Chief Engineer North, Punjab Highway Department, 2-Lake Road, Lahore. ii) Commissioner, Lahore. iii) Superintending Engineer, Provincial Highway Circle, Road Research & Material Testing Institthe, R.earch Camp., Lahore. iv) Disthct Coordination Officer, Lahore. v) Executive Engineer, Provincial Machinery Maintenance Division, 1 I O-Gulberg Road, Lahore. vi) Assistant Commissioner Lahore.
