Construction of Masjid at Value Addition City Bid Reference No. VAC-011 The Employer. Chief Executive Officer, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) has allocated funds for the procurement of Works, Construction of Masjid at Value Addition City located near Khurrianwala Chowk, Faisalabad (Contract No. VAC-011), and invites sealed bids for the said Works (required to be completed within 09 (Nine) months). from the firms/ constructors, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category 0-4 or above with Specialization Code CE-10. having valid registration for the year 2013. and has completed at least five projects of similar nature (worth 30 million or above) during last three years: Bidders are tequired to submit evidence of the same with their bids. Interested eligible bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents (in English Language) at the address given below, during working hours and may purchase on submission of a mitten application from the office of the Employer upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) from 19.12.2013. the date of publication of this notice. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of an amount equal to 2% of Bid Price and must be delivered to the address below, at or before 1100 Hrs on 06.01.2014. Bids will be opened at 1130 His on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the same address Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders. In case the bid opening date is declared a public holiday then the bids will be received and opened on the next working day or as notified. There will be no price negotiations with the lowest evaluated esponsive bidder. Bidders are. therefore requested to submit their lowest and best prices in their bids. Chief Executive Officer
