NOTICE INVITING TENDERS FOR HIRING OF 20 SEATER AND ABOVE COASTER / COACHES
1. Applications are invited from firms, companies and contractors having atleast 02 year experience in the relevant transport field for hiring contract of 20 Seaters and above Coaster / Coaches as per details given below. a. Minimum 25 Coaster / Coaches All such vehicles should have been registered within 03 years (2011 and above) 2. The interested bidders in the above services may apply on proper letter head of Company and collect tender documents on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in shape of pay order / bank draft in favour of Port Qasim Authority from the office of Director (Security & Transport) Port Qasim Authority Bin Qasim Karachi on any working day during the office hours upto 20-12-2013 by submitting the following documents / information which are mandatory: (a) Attested copies of Registration of all vehicles (b) Attested copies of Fitness certificate of all vehicles. (c) Attested copies of Contract Carriage permits of all vehicles. 3. Duly completed Tender Documents with proof of experience in the relevant field are to be submitted in one single envelope containing, separately financial proposal and Technical proposal. A pay order equal to 2% of the contract value of Three year as bid/caution/ Earnest money in favour of Port Qasim Authority also to be furnished with proposals separately by 1200 hrs on 23 12-2013 in the office of Director (S&T). The bid will be opened on the same date at 1400 hrs in presence of bidders or their authorized agents who may wish to attend. The documents received after due date/time will not be entertained. 4. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA 2004 and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. Authority's decision in this respect shall be final and binding on all bidders.
