1. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed firms registered with sales tax dept for purchase of electro medical equipment as per details during FY 2013-14, to be collected from the Med Store of the Institute. All bids should be accompanied with catalogue / brochures of the items.

2. Tender documents along with terms and conditions can be obtained from Officer lncharge Medical Stores on any working day for Rs 1000/- (Non Refundable). Tender is also available on PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk Quotations must reach AFIO by 1000 hours on 24 Dec 2013, which will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in presence of bidders / their representatives. 3. Procuring agency reserves the rights of acceptance / rejection of any or all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. a. The procuring agency shall incur no liability, solely by virtue of its invoking (vide para 3 above) towards suppliers or contractors who have submitted bids or proposals.
