Peshawar Development Authority Notice for Tenders

Peshawar Development Authority intends to invite sealed bids on above below the Engineers Cost Estimate from the well reputed interior designers and Interior Development firms. Bidding is on the basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with "single Stage Two Envelop Bidding Procedure" comprising of "Technical Bids & Priced Bids".

Only eligible bidders with the following qualification should participate in the bidding. The contractor will submit a Technical Proposal along with the bid which comprises of following. Company Profile Summary of Completed Projects of similar nature Organization chart Methodology Work Plan List of Professional Staff and their Resumes List of Equipment and Resources Presentation of previous as will as present projects of similar nature. 1. The Firms must have minimum five years experience in Interior Designing and Execution of the same. 2. The Firms having Experience of Similer nature of Projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 3. Contracting firms must be GST registered with Government of Pakistan and must have vast experience to work with Government Organizations. 4. Sealed bid must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the estimate cost (Refundable) in the form of Call deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director General Peshawar Development Authority, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid submitted without Bid Security will be rejected. 5. Both "Technical Bids" and " Priced Bids" must be submitted in two separate sealed inner envelops marked " 1- Technical Bids" and " 2- Priced Bids" which should be packed in one outer envelop. The bid security must be enclosed with "Technical Bids." 6. "Technical Bids" will be opened and evaluated by a Committee. 7. The " Priced Bids" of only technically qualified responsive bidder's will be opened while the price bids of technically unqualified bidders will be returned unopened . 8. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the DD (B&R) after paying Rs. 5000/- Non-refundable. 9. Conditional, incomplete, unsigned and bid filled with led pencil are not acceptable at all. 10. Usage of correction fluid & corrections are strictly prohibited unless duly intimated. 11. The Peshawar Development Authority may ask for further information and detail from time to time if required and reserves the right to cancel bidding procedure without assigning any reason. 12 Any disfiguring / over writing, manipulation in the tender documents shall be rejected & the tender form will be issued only to the contractor himself or the authorized representatives. 13. The bid rate should not be more than two decimal digits (0.00) while in case of two or more similar bids then decision would be made through toss. 14. All Federal and Provincial duties/taxes including sales tax will be recoverable as per directives of Government issued from time to time. incomplete/conditional or telegraphic tenders shall not be accepted. 16. In case if some schedule items not reflected in the BOO and required at site, then the contractor would be bound to carry out these items on MRS. 17. The Contractor/firms will be bound to ensure full time presence of their Engineer/Interior designer at site for all the technical discussions exclusively for the work awarded to them. 18. No subletion of work will be allowed. At any stage during execution of work, if it is found that the work has been sublet .The contract will be terminated and shall be re-tendered for execution at risk cost of the contractor with out any further notice
