Hand-held Metal Detector 50 Nos. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The tender document can be obtained on any working day upto 24.12.2013 from the office of the undersigned after paying the tender document fee of Rs. 3.000 (non-refundable) in the State Bank of Pakistan, Quetta under head 1232 Police Receipt. The original Challan should be provided. 2. Brochures to be furnished with the quotation. 3. Supply to be compared with the approved sample / technical specification. 4. Supply should be completed within 90 days from the date of issuance of advance acceptance letter. 5. Rates quoted shall be final price and must include all taxes and duties etc. and applicable till 30.06.2014. 6. 5% CDR from registered firm and 10% CDR from unregistered firm be provided with quotation and no tender will be considered without CDR. 7. Tender box will be closed on 26.12.2013 at 11:50 a.m. and opened at 12:00 noon on the same day in the presence of bidders. 8. Father and sons are not allowed to participate in tender against single item. 9. The Department reserves the right to vary / alter the quantity as per requirement. 10. The parties who are registered / renewed in term of pre-qualified with Balochistan Police Department can participate. 11. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 12. The rates should be quoted in words as well as in figures and shall be legible without overwriting or correction. 13. Incomplete and conditional offers shall be liable for rejection and the tenders received after due date and time will not be entertained. 14. The failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions would result in ignorance of the offer. 15. The successful firm is bound to provide non-judicial stamp paper @ 0.25 paisa per hundred of the total amount for contract agreement. 16. Rates quoted should be valid for the current financial year, i.e. till 30.06.2014. 17. The consignment should be delivered at CPO Qasim Line, Quetta. 18. Certificate of authorization from manufacturer has to be furnished, in case of firm. 19. In case of receipt of additional fund, the quantity could be enhanced. 20.
