Tender Notice No. 2/13-101. Machinery/Equipment for Marble Quarries/Processing Pakistan Stone Development Company (PASDEC), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids for procurement of following machinery under Single-Stage-Two-Envelopes procedure. Bidders must submit sealed Technical & sealed Financial Bids under Single-Stage-Two-Envelopes procedure, which should reach the undersigned by 10.30 am on 30th January, 2014. 3. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11.00 am in presence of bidders who wish to be present Financial Bids of the technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later stage under intimation to bidders. Financial Bids of the technically not-qualified bidders will be returned unopened. 4. Bids must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bids. 5. Bids must accompany bid security @ 2% of the bid value in shape of Bank Guarantee/DD/PO/Banker's Cheque, valid for 180 days, in favour of PASDEC. Sealed envelope of Bid Security must be separate which will be opened at the time of opening of Financial Bids. PASDEC reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of a machine/equipment. 7. PASDEC can reject any or all bids by assigning reason, but is not liable to justify. 8. A bid found conditional (at any stage/during evaluation) shall be rejected. 9. Other terms and conditions have been provided in the Bid Document.
