TENDER NOTICE 02/2013
Sealed tenders on percentage basis are invited from the approved contractors of Pakistan on 07/01/2014 up to 2.00 P.M and will be opened on the same date at 2.30 P.M in the office of the their authorized Representatives who wish to be present there. The tenders can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on payment of requisite tender cost (Non refundable) as mentioned against each below upto 06/01/21014 upto 12.00 P.M. 2. No tender will be soled by post/telegraphically or on the date of opening of tenders. Each tender must be accompanied with a deposit at call for the under mentioned Earnest money frm any Scheduled Bank at Rawalpindi/Islamabad in favour of Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division No . VIII, Pak. PWD, Islamabad. Necessary documents i.e PEG registration in relevant category in the relevant fields of specialization, affidavit showing sole proprietorship / Partnership copy of renewal fee, Earnest money of under mentioned amount & NTN shall be produced at the time of purchase of tender, failing which tenders shall not be issued. Amount quoted in bid if less than 5% of T/S Estimate, this amount will have to be deposited as performance guarantee within three days of opening of tender, failing which tender will be rejected and contractor will be blacklisted.
Note:- in case the tender are not opened / soled on the date mentioned above due to some unavoidable circumstances, then the dates may be considered as 13/0112014 and 14/01/2014 respectively with same terms and conditions.
