A firm/joint venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure / criteria described in the request for proposal documents. You are invited to submit a comprehensive technical proposal in English (Original 1 copy) and financial proposal (original 1 copy) for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TORs) latest by 06-01-2014 till 12:00 Noon. 5. RFP documents/TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least seven days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs.5,000/- (non refundable).
