OUTSOURCING OF PIA CALL CENTRE Further to our Tender Notice published on 06-10-2013 in Daily Dawn and Daily Jang newspapers. The case is being re-advertised with changed/revised bidding documents. The Contact Centre should be fully equipped with quality workforce and state-of-the-art infrastructure such as Telecommunication Network, Internet, Extranet, IVR and Mobile Communication to meet our global customer requirements on 24/7/365 basis. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on January 02, 2014 at 1500 Hrs in Conference Room of P&L Department. Prospective bidders should send their nominations at gmptnI©piacsaero Bidders are required to submit a Pay Order of Rs. 2,000/- as tender fee in favor of PIAC along with 'Technical Proposal' and 2% of annual bid value as Earnest Money in shape of pay order along with 'Financial Proposal'.
