Pakistan Economic Revitalization in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) (ERKF) Project Consultancy Services: Organizing and Managing Investment Road Show (IRS) in Dubai IBRD Grant No.: TF99175-PK Project ID- P124268 The Government of KP has received grant from the Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) operated and administered by the World Bank towards the cost of ERKF Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultancy services. The Project aims to support creation of employment opportunities and sustainable jobs for the people of Kg thereby addressing the core strategic objectives of stimulating employment and livelihood opportunities, as highlighted in the Post Crisis Need Assessment (PCNA) Report 2010. The IRS will be designed to attract foreign and local investments. It will be a curtain raiser for prevailing investment policy regime and displaying focused investment opportunities (project profiles and business feasibility plans) in a formal manner for potential and current investors. In the background of KP, IRS is an essential element of the outreach strategy to attract, harness and facilitate Diaspora Investments in the post crisis situation. The Project Management Units (PMU) of ERKF KP Project now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qual-ifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are. Eol Evaluation Criteria Business objectives Corporate capacity. General experience of the consulting firm (No. of years of existence); certified registration form should be provided Portfolio of local and international clients List and details of local and international offices/partners Specific experience related with the proposed consulting services Audited financial statements for past 3 years Shall have: hotels discount rates available existence of the corporate hotel program(s) ompetence of Existing and Proposed Personnel - submission of comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of the personnel who will be assigned to conduct the assignment. The firm should have at least following professionals on-board:  Project Manager/Team Leader Event Management Officer Liaison Officer  Admin & Finance Officer The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bath's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants (under Il3RD Loans & IDA Credits and Grants] by World Bank Borrowers (2011) ("Consultant Guidelines"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest. A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Selection Based on Consultants' Qualification (CQS) method set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans & IDA Credits and Grants] by World Bath Borrowers (2011). Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of joint venture or a sub consultancy to enhance their qualification.
