National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDCL) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Grid Station Equipment for evacuation of Power from Jhampir Win Farm & Quaid-e-Azarn Solar Park. 2. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with NTDC/PPRA's single stage, one envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries for procurement of following material;

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from NTDC (Purchaser) at the address given below, from 0:00 am to 400 pm. The Bidding Document, in the English Language, may be purchased by interested bidder from 9th December, 2013, on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,0001- The method of payment will be by bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Purchaser. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by express airmail loran additional fee of Rs. 3,0001- for domestic delivery or US$ 601- for overseas delivery, the documents may be sent by courier services. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 5. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before January 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Bid will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day, in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than (2%) of total bid price in the format of bank guarantee on bid security form provided or in the form of deposit at call or from a foreign bank duly counter guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. 7. NTDCL will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids. 8. The bidders are requested to give their best and final price as no negotiations are expected. 9. The bidder must quote for one or more complete lots. Bid covering only a part of the lot will be rejected. NTDC reserve ull its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clouse 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2001.
