COMSATS Institute of Information Technology(CIIT), Sahiwal invites sealed bids from the reputed contractors/firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering council(PEC) (C-5 or above)for the work titled "Construction of Second Floor at Existing Building of Mechanical Engineering Workshop at CIIT Sahiwal".
Terms & Conditions of Tender
I. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by the interested bidders on submission of a written application, detailed company profile and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2000/- 2. Bidders may obtain further information from, inspect at and acquire the bidding documents from the office mentioned below on any working day during office hours upto three working days prior to tender opening date. 3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to two percent (2%) of the bid price. 4. Bidders must have the sound experience of building works. Bidders must provide an affidavit to the effect that they have not been blacklisted by any Government/ Semi Government or Autonomous Agen cy 5. Sealed bids, complete in all respects should reach to the undersigned on or before 1030 hours on Monday, December 23, 2013 . Bids will be opened at I 100 hours on the same day in the presence of bidder's representative who choose to attend at the address mentioned below. 6. COMSATS Institute of Information Tec.hnology, Sahiwal reserves the rights to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposals. UT Sahiwal will communicate the gounds for rejection of bids upon request of any supplier or contractor but not liable to justify those grounds as per PPRNs rules.
