Teclmical & financial proposals for consultancy services (A-class Rs.50 million (fifty million) and above) and (B-class less than 50 million (fifty million) are invited to offer bids of lump sum amount and not as percentage of esti-mated cost of the work from reputable consulting firms having vast experience in the relevant field. The applicant should su.bmit the following inf Ormati On suppoited by unambiguous documents: 1.. Review of design of all structural components and pavement done by the design consultant. 2. Co ns tin effort/detailed•myervision including quality / quantity assurance. 3. Measurement of works, billing and verification/approval of variation Order and certification of IPCs. 4. Collation and deliverance of cheque$ 10 the contrattors with. an financial responsibility. 5. Indemnity to client to the effect that the consultants shall, entirely, be responsible for design and product qualitatively arid quantitatively as per the Reform Agenda / TORs. 6. Any other additional task related to the execution of the projects if required including responding / defending observations, inspection reports, litigation etc at different fOra. The consultants must be registered With PEC in the relevant fields having valid license up to 31-12-2013. The applications shall also contain the fol-lowing information: 1. Full address of the firm including land line t fax, cells, e-mail and any other contacts. 2. General and overall experience of the- firm (s), 3. Experience of working in Similar geographic regions Of the country. 4. Annual turnover of the firm_ (s) for the last five years. 5. Nature, Cost, per Month inputS, employer, location and diSciplines required for the work undertaken. 6. Experience of the firm (s) in the required area of expertise showing details of works carried out in last five (5) yealt mid works presently in hand. 7. Summary of permanent professional employees, resource persons, including Income Tax return of staff. 8. National Tax No with Tax return submission certificate for the current proceeding years,: 9. Affidavit that the firm is not involved in any arbitration / dispilte suit etc. 10. The firm should clearly mention in its broacher the category of work for which it intends to apply. 1 . BROAD TERMS OF REFERENCE (TORs). A. Feasibility studies and sub soil investigation on con.sultant's cost from reputed teSting laboratories. B. Planning, architectural design, incorporating internal and external services, landscaping, drainage sewerage, building, road, water supply (tube wellS, overhead reservoir, distribution of water supply pipe lines system), pavement of street, fly over bridge (pedestrian way), parks, road 1 street light (solar energy) and ancillary facilities,on the basis of Client's requirements,. C. Structural design and.development of construction drawing. D. Formulation of specifications: E. PreparatiOn of bill of quantities (BOQ) tender, Bid document's  and condition of contract etc. E Preparation of PC-I and detailed cost estimate with processing till approved by the approving firm. Ct DetAiled supervision services during construction of the Project up to Completion period. H. Preparation of variation orders, verification of contractor's bills, quality. control and other related jobs as entrusted to them by the employer. 1.
