Sealed tenders for the supply of following items are invited from the pre-qualified manufacturers (in case of medicine tender) and author-ized dealer's through registered / courier service (for equipment and other items) for the financial year 2013-14, for Directorate General (Extension) Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkliw a Peshawar. 1. Veterinary Medicines (CDR Rs. 100,000) 2. Office Equipment/stationary/others (CDR Rs. 50,000) 3. Animal Health Equipment/Artificial Insemination Equipment (CDR Rs. 50,000), 4. Laboratory /Hospital Chemicals (CDR Rs. 20,000). The tender forms and list of items along with the terms and Condi-tions may be ,obtained from this Directorate on cash payment of Rs. 500/- (non- refundable). from 20-12-2013 onwardt. All the interested firms are required to submit their tenders on printed format accom-panied with a call deposit mentioned against each (refundable). The deadline for submission of tender is 30th December 2013 at 10:00 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m in the presence of all participating firms Or their authorized dealers.
