Pre-Qualification of Construction Firms / Contractors
Chief Executive KTH/KMC & KCD, Peshawar intends to pre-qualify firms / contractors for special repair and M&R works to KTH/KMC & KCD (including hOstels and Employees Residential Accommodations). to be tendered in various packages. The time frame may vary according to allocation / release of fund.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: . Only firms / contractors, registered with the DOHS• Peshawar / Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department under category "A" during 2013-14 and with Pakistan Engineering, Council (PEC) valid for the year up to (31/12/2014) and also visible on website of Pakistan Engineering Council according to the contract amount and having specialization in execution of building works (CE-10) are eligible taapply for pm-qualification. 1. The lirms / contractors are requested to furnish the following information / documents with evidence along with their applications written on their primed pads. a) Name of the firm/contractor along with address, telephone & fax numbers and e-mail address. b) .Income Tax Certificate along National Tax Number (NTN) duly cleared by the tax authorities. C) The firm must be registered with Sales Tax Department d) Details of technical / non-technical staff, skilled 1 an-skilled on permanent / part time basis along with CNIC and contact address / telephone number etc and details of machinery,/ equipment. Detail of general works executed in the last five years duly certified by the concerned departments indicating scope Of works, completion, cost and time taken for completion of the work. 0 Affidavit on stamp paper properly attested by the Oath Commissioner, to the effect that the firm has neither been black listed by any Agency / Department nor involved in any subversive activities and the tatement referred above is correct and nothing has been kept hidden intentimally. g) Bank certificate to show financial soundness (Bank statement / 'guarantee for the last three years). h) Interested .firm / contractor may also deposit Rs,50,000/41emand draft) as processing fees (non-refundable), i) Detail of works where penalty imposed, if any. j) Valid registration of enlistment of required category with the Khyber PakhtunkhWa Communication & Works Department and Pakistan Engineering Council. k) Any additional information which firms / contractors want to submit in support of COnsideratiOn. towards pre-q ua i Realm. 3. interested firms :/ contractors may apply to the undersigned latest by 1 0/01/2014,„along with the above information dilly supported with relevant documents for pre-qualification. Na application / documents will be entertained, delivered by hand. -1. Incomplete application Or without supporting documents or received after due date will not be entertained. 5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any .application without assigning any reason theràof and the decision in this regard shall be final and binding. 6. if any firm /contractor is rejected they _will have no right to sue in the court cif law.
