The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Housing Department intends to hire services of consultancy firms to conduct a comprehensive study on the subject. given below in bold letter, to be executed under ADP Project No. 947/110142 "Institutional Strengthening of Housing Department". "Capacity Building for successful paradigm shift from the existing out dated manual system towards a com-puterized, and an efficient system that meets require-ments of 21st Century". Terms & conditions: 1. The technical and financial proposals should be delivered in separate sealed envelopes to the office of the undersigned before closing date & time i.e 06/01/2014 & 4:00 p.m. 2. TORs & complete details are mentioned iii RFP bidding document and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or official website of housing (www.housingkp.gov.pk). 3. After technical evaluation of proposals of the qualifying firms / companies, financial bids will be opened. 4. The firm must satisfy the "General Terms & Conditions" mentioned in RFP/Bidding Document on page number 11. 5. The firms participating in bidding can get additional information about the subject study, from the office of the undersigned through land-line no: 091-9223058 or may get an instant support form LT Expert and In-charge of the respective study from 0332-9894343 or email: "itexpert@housingkp.gov.pk". 6. The firms whose tenders are accepted will be liable to pay all government taxes as applicable. 7. Bids should be accompanied with 2% earnest money in shape a call deposit / demand draft from any branch of Bank of Khyber or HBL in the name of Secretary Housing Department, Govt. of Khyber Paldittmkhwa. 8. A firm / JV will be selected for the service on the principle of quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) under the criteria as explained in the REP / bidding document. 9. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received without assigning any reason. Note: The date, time and venue for pre-bid meeting for the subject study will be notified on official website of housing department.
