TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed National and Intet national firms / suppliers for the supply of Instruments / Equipments and Machinery for Tertiary Care Hospitals, DHQ's Hospitals, THQ's Hospital, Mohtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Mufti Mehmood Hospital Kuchlak, and Health Facilities of Balochistan. The National firms / suppliers should be registered with Sales Tax / Income Tax department while International firms / suppliers are required to submit their bids as per rules and regulations framed by the Government of Pakistan which will be exercised during the financial year 2013-14. Note:-The tender documents / terms and conditions and list of items can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours against payment of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) (non-refundable) per tender per package as Tender Fee. CO28-Social Services C2841-Health & Other Receipts CO2845-Health Receipts (MSD-6) Tender should reach the office of the undersigned on Tuesday, 21-01-2014 at 1.00 P.M. positively and will be opened by the Members of Special Committee for Instruments / Equipments and Machinery on the same date at 1:00 P.M.
