A firm. / joint venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure / criteria, described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents. 4. 'You are invited. to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (Original + one copy) and a financial proposal (Original + one copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TORs) latest by 09-01-2014 till 12:00 Noon. 5. RFP documents! TORs are available in the office of the under signed and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least seven days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs.5,000/- (noii-refundable).
