Terms & Conditions:  1. Interested Parties / Contractors / Companies may obtain the ten-der documents from the office of the DIGP West Zone Office, Block (10) F.B. Area Karachi, by submitting an application on company's letterhead along with tender fee of Rs. 500/- with effect from 26-12-2013 to 02-01-2014 during office hours. 2. Interested Parties / Contractors / Companies may visit the site to assess the type and quantity of work. If any case assistance of required, they may contact office of undersigned. 3. Rates are to be offered on unit basis i.e. per sq. ft. per Rs. ft and per job against each item / work involved in the repair. 4. Sealed tender on prescribed proforma along with 2% earnest money of the total bid in the form of pay order should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office of the DIGP West Zone, Block (10) F.B. Area Karachi, on 03-12-2013 at 1400 hrs: 5. The tender shall be opened on 03-12-2013 at 1400 hrs. by the committee in presence of representatives of bidders who choose to be present on the occasion at the Conference Room of DIGP West Zone Office Karachi. 6. The firms / companies participating in the bidding process must be registered with income tax and sales tax department (documentary proof required). 7. Bid must be offered on the prescribed tender form issued by the police department, however. additional sheet may be attached, if required. 8. Conditional tender will not be entertained. 9. The competent authority reserves the rights to reject any or all tenders / bids subject to the relevant provision of Public Procurement Rule 2010.
