Sealed tenders are hereby invited from registered firms with Sales Tax Department for the supply of Office Stationery, Printed & Other Items on whole sale/retail basis during the financial year 2013-2014, to be used in Communication & Works Department, Lahore. Detailed list of the articles/items required during the financial year 2013-2014 along with samples & Tender Form at cost of Rs.1,000/- (Non-refundable) can be obtained during working hour's day from the Caretaker of the Communication & Works Department till 26-12-2013 which will be opened on 27m December, 2013 at 11:30 AM by the committee in the presence of available representatives of firms. The intending firms will drop the sealed tenders' till 27-12-2013 upto 10:00 AM alongwith call deposit of Rs. 40,000/- from any scheduled Bank without which the tender will not be entertained. Payment will be made only on Sales Tax Invoice and income tax / Sale tax will be deducted as per the. Government Rules. The tender opening authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or the entire tender without assigning any reason, which cannot be challenged in any court of law.
