TENDER NOTICE FOR SECURITY SERVICES A non-profit organization invites prospective. reputable and registered security
companies to submit a proposal to provide Security Services in Pakistan. Minimum Standards for Security Services Contract: Requires un-armed guards and un-armed supervisors, covering office and residential facilities at Islamabad and Peshawar. Personnel will work 12-hour shifts, providing 24-hours coverage each day. In addition ad hoc services (comprising of a team of 1 un-armed supervisor and 2 un-armed guards) may be required to support field visits and special events periodically The company must provide following documents along with the sealed tenders. These documents will also be part of criteria for evaluation of tenders:  Security Company Profile. Directors contact details (Names, ID Numbers, Telephone Numbers, Addresses)  Certificate of Incorporation by Companies registration Office
NTN Certificate and Certificate of Registration under Sales Tax act License/ Renewal licenses of Ministry of Interior/Home department of the province to work as a Security Services Company  License of operations and NOCs in all areas (5 Provinces and AJK) of Pakistan from their respective Home Departments/ Ministries • Racto communication licenses and authorization from PTA and Ministry of Communication
 EOBI, Social Security registration of company and life/ health Insurance registration of staff
 A minimum of three (3) references from entities to which similar services were provided during the last three (3) years. These references should include: the name of the company, contact person, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address. Detailed tender documents can be obtained during the working days Monday to Friday (loam -04pm) from House NO 14, Street NO 15, F-613, Islamabad. Sealed tenders (technical and financial proposal) must be delivered on or before 14th October' 2013 before 4 pm at House NO 14, Street NO 15, F-613 Islamabad.
