TENDER NOTICE
Reputable Firms dealing with supply of equipment and having their GST/Sales Tax/vendor number are invited to submit their bids for the following:-
I. Supply and Installation of two (02) Heavy Duty Digital Photocopier with 70-80 CPM with Sorter of 20 and Stapler
II. Supply and Installation of five (05) Digital Photocopier with 40-50 CPM
III. Supply and Installation of one (01) heavy duty Staple machine (I 70-200 pages)
IV. Supply and Installation of one (01) Binding Machine (200- 250 pages)
2. The Firms must be partner/authorized dealer of the quoted products. The price must be quoted with GST.
3. The Firms may obtain Tender Documents free of cost from the National Assembly Secretariat from 8th to 19th June 2015 during working hours from the reception of the National Assembly Secretariat. All bidders must submit pay order @ 5% of total bid value as earnest money/bid security in favor of National Assembly Secretariat.
4. Last date for submission of Bids is 25th June 2015 before 11:30 a.m. and will be opened on same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of firms' representatives. The quantity of equipment may vary.
5. This Secretariat reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the light of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
