CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER The company is baring for a dynamic hands-on Chief Executive Officer to lead this reformation. The CEO shall be working under supervision of Board of Directors, the CEO shall provide strategic vision, planning and operational leadership to guide the company by achieving its objectives and goals within the available resources and time frame. The incumbent shall possess vision, energy and commitment to advance the company and its business. The CEO will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure their cooperation, increase understanding, and facilitate collaboration towards a common goal fora vibrant, sustainable and progressive Company.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: candidate must have diverse international experience in the areas of business building, panning, marketing and designing of industrial estates as well as PNL management skills w th a minimum experience of 20-years, out of which at least 15-years shall be in a senior management position which would be indicative of his past leadership achievements and track record. It is a position fora highly skilled individual for which the candidate shall have relevant academic qualification, proven leadership and established credentials in the field. He shall possess a Masters Degree from a recognized and reputable university. 

JOB SPECIFICATION:

To ensure efficient utilization of financial resources by making appropriate and timely financial and management decisions according to the objectives, policies, plans and budget. To ensure effective performance measurement system, paper internal audits, financial management and record-keeping and administrative systems. To ensure effective accomplishment of responsibilities as prescribed In the company laws. Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
The Chief Commercial Officer will oversee and direct the management and operations of the Company marketing efforts, corporate communication, public international level. To efficiently manage and motivate a large sales team. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective business relationships To develop annual sales forecast that establishes new and additional revenue streams. To develop reliable, and competitive pricing strategy for company services. Monitor implementation of annual marketing, advertising plans etc.  Develop relations with company management and employees as a basis for success down . road. Suggesting best practices from his/her area of expertise and growth in the years to come. Any other tasks as may be delegated by the Management from time to time..  

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: Masters in Business Administration. Marketing or other related discipline from a recognized University. W. experience of 10.15 years is essential.

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
T. Chief Finance Officer will provide strategic, operational and regulatory direction to the organization. The CFO will supervise the finance unit and will be the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. The CFO will directly assist the board on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.  

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in performing al.. necessary to achieve organizational mission and .1p execute staff succession and growth plans. Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management.  Work with the CEO on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships at national levels as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts. Participate in developing new business, assists the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities, drafting budgets and determining cost effectiveness of service delivery.  Oversee the management and coordination of all facet reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue expense and balance sheet, reports to fu nding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational contract, grant and budget. Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations with founders and pension plan requirements, as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive Management, as well as the Audit Finance Committee and Board of Directors. Monitor banking activiti. of the organization. Any other task assigned by the company from time to time.  

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: The candidate should be CACMA/CPA qualified. Work experience 10-15 years..

CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR
T. Chief Internal Auditor will develop an independent, effective and efficient internal audit service to the company in line with standard accounting and auditing regulations. Hewitt plan audit coverage, management and co-ordination of all internal audit and report to CEO and Board of Directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead the development and implementation of an internal risk based audit strategy and annual plan for the group. Plan and conduct audits to assess controls. operational a. technical efficiency. and compliance with selected policies, procedure. and regulations. Champion best practice in governance, objectively assess the adequacy of governance systems and management of existing risks, comment on responses to emerging risk sand propose new.developments. Well informed of legislative issues, new audit regulations trends and appropriate and direction methodology.  Discuss update. of new regulations with CEO and relevant department's directors. Develop departmental annual work plan and cash plan, monitor their implementation in line with the Business plan..

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: Relevant professional degree in CA/AC CA CIN CPA. Work experience of 10.15 years

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
The Chief Information Officer will be responsible for the technological direction of the company. Proposes budgets for programs and projects, purchases and upgrades equipment, supervises computer specialists and IT workers, and presides over IT-related projects.  

RESPONSIBILITIES  Provide technological guidance to the organization. Supervise information system a. communications network. Develop and implement a customer service platform to serve the organization in every aspect. Design, establish and maintains network infrastructure for local and wide area connect Wity and remote access. Consult with administration, department managers and manufacturing representatives to exchange information, present new approaches and to discuss equipment system changes.  Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all new computer equipment and software purchase of the company. Create a cost-benefit analysis as well as support detail. institution of data requirements and departmental won,. Oversee Internet and computer operations. Manage day-to-day operations of the information technology department including directions to staff, who support administrative computing, networking, user services, telecommunications and other information technology functions.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: Masters in Information Technology or Computer Sciences or other related discipline from a recognized University. Work experience 10-15 years.

COMPANY SECRETARY The Company Secretary will act as a point of communication between the Board of Directors and top management. reporting in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments. He will be responsible for ensuring company compliance with standard financial and legal practices and maintains standards of corporate governance.  

RESPONSIBILITIES Organdy, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings AGMs. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secret aces. Dealing with correspondence, collecting information's and writing reports, ensuring decisions made and communicated to the relevant company.  company meeting as and when required, and advising members about legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed prides.  Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory framework and taking appropriate action.  Liaison with extremal regulators and advices, such as lawyers and auditors.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: Ag rad  in Law, Public Ad ministration, Business Management or other industries related discipline. Work experience 10-15 years.

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER
The candidate must have a successful track record of planning and development of large and medium scale Indus.' projects.  
JOBS PACIFICATION:  Experience of project handling in industrial zone. development and ability to handle complex issues of land acquisition procurement processes. Extensive experience in contract management and liaison administration with the Stakeholders Strong understanding of strategic project planning as per requirement of estates management and cash-flow requirements. Wide experience to and utilize operational expenses of the project to provide company a strategic mix and phase wise completion of project. Prepare and implement engineering procedures, CRM policies, team management and proj.t feasibility. Proven leadership quality and ability to drive project team. Experience in developing infrastructure regarding roads, sewerage, water supply planning, treatment plants, firefighting systems etc..  

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or preferably Masters in Construction Management. Work experience of 10- 15- years.

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
To manage and lead the Human Resources Division so that the strategic and operational goals of the company we met and also ensure appropriate HR systems and frameworks to enable an effective and optimal management of the company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  To develop HR functions and coordinate with all divisions. To develop and implement various HR policies and procedures. Ensure the retention of best talent on the basis of performance and overall management work for enhancing a performance driven culture. Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to ensure prompt services and effective con., including data information and records etc.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
