PAF BASE MALIR PUBLIC AUCTION
1. An open Auction of salvage 01 vehicle (Suzuki Carry), Scraps, Batteries, Computers and Miscellaneous scraps stores including ferrous/ non ferrous materials will be held at PAF Base, Malir on Monday 20 January 2015 at 0900 hours on " As is where is" Basis.

2. Inspection of Various Lots: Inspection of various lots and Scraps will be allowed at 0830 hours on the Auction day.
3. Terms and Conditions:- (a) The Vehicle/ Lots offered for Auction would be sold on "As is where is' Basis without any guarantee or warranty of any nature, whatsoever. PAF Base, Main shall not be responsible or liable for any fault, defect, dis-function or any other problem with any of the vehicle / lots.
(b) The bidder should participation in open bid on the Basis of his own inspection and judgment.
(c) The bidder shall undertake to be liable and responsible for the loss or damages resulting from any fault, defect or disfunction of the vehicle whether or not he Opts to avail the opportunity to inspect the vehicle as mentioned above.
(d) Computerised National ID Card is mandatory for participation in bidding.
(e) PAF Base, Main reserves the right to accept or reject complete bid or part of the bid, without assigning any reasons.
(f) PAF Base, Mar shall neither be liable or responsible for any costs, charges, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever arising directly, indirectly, incidentally or consequently on account of submission and/ or rejection of bid(s).
(g) The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid value in cash on spot while 75% of the remaining amount within 06 working days failing which would result in confiscation of earnest money (25%) or any other payment made in this regard in favor of Government.
(5) Successful bidders will have to pay "General Sales Tax" as per existing Govt rules.
(j) The successful bidder will also be responsible to collect his lot
(s) from PAF Base, Malir premises within 11 working days.
(k) Auction will be conducted through Govt Auctioneer M/s Pakistan Auction Mari Karachi. Necessary coordination may be carried out with Govt Auctioneer on

(I) All decisions of PAF Base, Malir in matter relating to this auction shall be final, conclusive and binding upon all agencies and can not be challenged by any one in any manner before any forum.
Note: 1. Carrying of Mobile Phone, Camera, Gadgets and any type of arms (Licensed / un-licensed) is strictly prohibited in PAF premises.
2. Detailed / remaining terms and condition will be announced by Govt auctioneer on the spot.
