CH. PERVAIZ ELAM INSTITUTE OF CARDIOLOGY MULTAN  ADMISSION IN  4 YEAR ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES DEGREE PROGRAM IN B.Sc. (Hons.) CARDIAC PERFUSION FOR THE SESSION 2014-15 
Application are invited on prescribed form from the suitable candidates for the admission in 4 years Allied Sciences degree in B.Sc. (Hon.) Cardiac Perfusion (affiliated with University of Health Sciences, Lahore) at Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology. Multan for the session 2014-15.

Eligibility Criteria: 
Male and Female citizens of the Punjab Domicile.
Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or A level with equivalence certificate (as determined by the Inter Board Committee of Chairman, Islamabad), with at least 50% unadjusted marks.

Availability & Submission of Admission Forms.  
Application forms with necessary information will be available from the office of the Executive Director, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan. On December 20, 2014 during working hours from 08:00 am to 03:00 pm.
Admission form complete in all respects along with all required documents should reach the office of the Executive Director Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan up to December 26, 2014 at 03:00 pm.  
Total No. of Seats: 05  Admission Process  
 Last date of submission of admission form is December 26, 2014 up to 03:00 pm.
No separate entrance test will be conducted by CPEIC, Multan.
The candidate should submit their entry test result conducted by University Health Sciences, Lahore session 2013.
Interviews will be held on December 29, 2014. at 11:00 am in office of the Executive Director CPEIC, Multan.The candidates are advised to be in CPEIC before 10:00 AM in possession of their original documents.
Final selection list of successful candidates will be displayed on December 30, 2014 at notice board CPEIC, Multan and website.
Last date submission of Fee will be December 31, 2014.
Regular classes shall commence from January 01, 2015.
No hostel accommodation/ transport facility will be provided.
The decision of the admission committee will be final.
Govt. employees should apply through proper channel.
Advance copy of application will be acceptable; however final selection will be subject to fulfilling the merit & NOC from the concerned department.
No. TA/DA will be admissible for entry test/ interview.
