TENDER FOR PRINTING OF BOOKS
Bids are invited from printers to print two books in Sindhi (one of 640 pages and second of 880 pages as per specifications given below:
1. Page size 23x36/16.
2. Paper 75 gram offset.
3. Title paper 128 gram matte.
4. Printing color lamination matte.
5. Binding hard bounded with dust cover.
6. (Comparing proof reading).
7. Qty. 1000.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The intending participants can purchase tender document upto 29.12.2014, the set of tender documents (containing technical specifications and details) from the Office of Executive Engineer, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Fadeer Muhammad Durra Khan Road, near Kashti Chowk, Lyari, Karachi, against payment of tender fee Rs. 1.000/- (non-refundable) for each tender in shape of Pay Order in the name of Executive Engineer, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari, Karachi.
2. Tenders shall be received back on 29.12.2014 upto 12:00 noon and be opened on the same day at 01:00 p.m. in presence of Printing & Publication Committee, Procurement Committee and participating bidders or their authorized representatives. if they wish to attend, in the Committee Room.
3. Eligibility conditions are as per Sindh PPRA Rules-2010.
